1. Using the site

By using this site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. What the site is, and is not

• The CPN calculator, department suggestions, merit figures, mock tests and guides are estimates and study aids, not official results or decisions.
• Merit lists change every year. Last year's merit does not guarantee this year's, and a suggestion is never a promise of admission.
• Information about dates, fees, documents and procedures comes from published notices and can be out of date. Check the university's official notices before you act.
• We do our best to keep the site accurate and working, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or available.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for what is done with it. Please give true information, keep your password private, and do not share your account. We may suspend accounts that are used to abuse the site.

4. Premium and Personal Guidance

• Premium unlocks extra study and mock test content. Personal Guidance is paid, one-to-one advice in the site chat, based on the answers you lock in, until the end date shown on the Personal Guidance page.
• Prices are shown on the site and can change for future purchases. Payment is sent manually by you through JazzCash. Access is turned on after we have checked your payment, which can take some time, so please do not pay more than once.
• Everyone gets a limited number of free chat messages. Active Personal Guidance removes that limit until its end date, for reasonable use. We may limit use that is abusive or automated.
• Guidance is advice and opinion, not a guarantee of any result. The final decision about where to apply is always yours.
• If something goes wrong with a payment, message us and we will look into it. We decide refunds case by case.

5. Messages and content you send

Do not send anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or harmful, and do not send other people's private information. You keep ownership of what you write, and you allow us to use it to answer you, run the service and improve the site. Questions you post to the community may be shown to other students.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not try to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site or its data.
• Do not copy the study material, questions or code to sell or republish them without permission.
• Do not pretend to be someone else or to be the University of Sindh.

7. Our content

The site's design, code, study material and mock test questions belong to the project owner unless stated otherwise. "University of Sindh" and its logo belong to the university and are used here only to describe the programs students are applying to.

8. Limits on our responsibility

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on estimates, suggestions or advice from the site, by missed deadlines, or by the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may change the site or these terms from time to time and will update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
